Update 2026.0.2

The service countdown reads the right time again
Planning Center reports a plan’s service times in your organization’s own timezone. Since 2026.0.0, Projector Classic had been reading them as UTC instead, so any organization not on UTC was comparing its service start against the wrong instant. Across the continental United States that is four to eight hours early — a 10:00 service looked to Projector Classic as though it had already begun by 06:00.
That produced three symptoms, all fixed in 2026.0.2:
- Show Countdown displayed
00:00:00for a service that had not started yet. - Countdown Auto-Start never fired, because Projector Classic believed the service was already under way.
- The plan list counted the day’s plan as past hours before the service, which can push an older plan out of the past plans you asked Projector Classic to keep.
Plan sorting was never affected: every plan time was wrong by the same amount, so they still sorted against each other correctly.
WorshipStorm Cloud trials are no longer offered a second subscription
A WorshipStorm Cloud trial and a Projector Classic trial are two different things, and Projector Classic used to show the same screen for both:
- A Projector Classic trial is granted by us and has no purchase behind it. Subscribing in Projector Classic is the way it becomes a subscription.
- A WorshipStorm Cloud trial is already a purchase. A payment method was entered when it was started, and it becomes a paid subscription by itself on the date it ends, unless it is canceled first.
So Projector Classic was offering its own App Store subscription to organizations that had already bought one.
From 2026.0.2:
- No Subscribe Now during a Cloud trial. Refresh Subscription Status is offered instead, which is the right action if a trial has converted and Projector Classic has not caught up yet.
- No trial reminder at launch while a Cloud trial is running. There is nothing to sell, and the reminders about a purchase belong to the store that is billing it.
- The screen says which trial you have — WorshipStorm Cloud Trial or Projector Classic Trial — what it becomes on its expiration date, and where to change or cancel it.
The trial screen is still reachable at any time from Settings → Projector Trial, and If your organization is in a WorshipStorm Cloud trial covers all of this, including how to change or cancel one.
