WorshipStorm Projector Privacy Policy

WorshipStorm Projector is a companion app for your Planning Center account, and is foremost subject to the Planning Center Privacy Policy.

In addition, WorshipStorm Projector has the following privacy policies:

Mobile Applications

When you download and use WorshipStorm Projector from the App Store, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and operating system version.

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of WorshipStorm Projector on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.

Web and Installed Web Apps

Projector Plus also runs in a web browser, and can be installed to a device as a progressive web app. When you use Projector Plus this way we automatically collect the same limited technical information described above — device type, operating system and browser version — along with the same analytics events.

So that you can keep presenting when the network drops, Projector Plus stores plan content, settings and sign-in tokens locally on the device you are using. That data stays on your device and is not a further category of information collected by us; clearing your browser’s data for the site removes it.

Signing in is handled by Planning Center in your own browser, so we never see or store your Planning Center password. Signing out of Projector Plus clears the credentials it holds on your device. Your browser may still hold a separate Planning Center session, which only Planning Center can end.

Collection Of Information

We collect your Planning Center Name, Email addresses (primary and alternates), and Organization Name when you login to the WorshipStorm Projector app and when you open a Support Ticket within the app.  That information is only used to let you know (via email) when new Projector releases are available, other important announcements related to Projector, and to communicate with you regarding opened Support Tickets.
